It amazes me how the no tippers say you didn’t do nothing. But clearly thought it was to much for them to get that why they begging a driver to go get it they make zero sense to me they just want stuff for free basically bc they broke

Good service? The bag could be damaged, items missing from an open bag, bag, or drink on its side, not following the instructions for hand delivery, bag left in the rain when there is a covered porch,… Just a few things I can think of other than just delivering the food.

Unfortunately the driver is held accountable for things that are out of our control. I didn’t make the food and bag it up. I picked it up and brought it to you the way it was given to me. I did however use my vehicle, my gas and my time. The customer didn’t have to leave their house, drive to the restaurant, wait for their food and drive back home. The good service is also, I waited for it, and spent my time getting it.

Good services it’s if they pay you 2$, you have to grab all free items from restaurants, cut a grass at front door, walk with their dog and you have to say in a and of all things: Have a good day)))

Good service is making sure it's all there and that it's warm. That it gets there at a specific time. That's what the tip is for.

I have been dashing one month i have 18 5 stars 1 one star. The 1 star came from someone who didn't tip didn't have a light on or an address marked no way to find the house. They failed to answer the phone when I tried to contact them. But it was my fault the food was cold.
