im sorry but who told u that lizzie... like lizzie is a far more prominent person in the friend group, shes was part of the core 5, I mean Katie's own bf and who she likes (patrick) puts lizzie first, if anything the roles are switched and I love lizzie and katie I just can't with her beefing with katie, katie is 100% the second option friend/person in BOTH her bcs and tommen friend group as a often second person friend myself

I don’t think she hates Katie, I just think seeing Katie makes her sad because Katie is an example of what Liz would have been without her Trauma and Bipolar disorder, she would’ve been kind to her friends, and not pushed them away, and she would’ve still had Hugh if her Bipolar disorder Manic episode mixed with alcohol didn’t lead her to sorta cheat(since it was actually sorta SA)
