I like this woman. She’s supportive about his safe foods but also steps just far enough outside his normal comfort zone to try and expand his safe food list so there’s more variety in weekly dinners. Also bravo on the man because he’s willing to try new things even if they’re originally off putting. All around fantastic couple.

I love seeing the anxiety fade out of his hands and posture when he realizes it’s safe. I don’t have ARFID but as someone autistic with anxiety disorders, it’s nice to see others find safety in new things, even when it’s hard to start ❤️
