Right. Shouldn’t have been any problem if someone wasn’t in your seat in the first place. They complicated your day without any courtesy. You don’t need any of that stress. Good on you for keeping your composure. My patience would have been tested (not enough to get on any No Fly list of course lol). But thankfully the fact was “my seat is my seat” at the end of the day

Let’s normalize when booking your flight you pick seats for you and your children to sit together. If not do not expect someone to give you their seat. I would’ve told her to rise up like the sun and get out my seat.
