I work in inpatient physical therapy and I once had a patient try to convince me that she was fine to gait train when her blood pressure was 52/16. 🫠

I remember when a medication made me 74/28. I felt fine as long as I was laying down, but if I even sat up my body was just like “lol goodnight” 😂

I find it amusing when I call when my BP is 45/20 and you tell the 911 operator and you can here them try to not panic and make sure ur sitting and not alone. 🤣 I tell them it happens, but this is the 3rd time tonight (I have heart failure) so I need to go to er. Lol I end up staying about a week or more each time. But hearing their poor souls panic I dunno makes me giggle and watching the ems guys try to hide their panic 🤣

Just had this on a call yesterday lol. 64/43 👀 buddy. We’ve opened this bag wide open and you’re still sitting at the same pressure. What do you have going on lol. Decided to tell me (after I’ve asked him twice and he said no) that he takes metformin AND has an enlarged heart. Brother….

My mom was 60/25 once in an ambulance carrying on a full convo w the EMTs. I met them at the ER and they legit asked me if she was possessed. 🤣💀

My heart rate is 128 when standing up but my blood pressure remains at 100/60... I tend to see static and temporarily go blind for a second but no one else is concerned

I went in for a routine EKG once, HR was like 68, I laid down and it plummeted to 52, the nurse was all "um so, how ya feeling?" i felt normal lol 1/2

I have been this patient… probably too many times. favorite line I ever heard from a medical professional was “WOW! you sure are coherently talking for someone who shouldn’t even be conscious right now!” 😆

some of my arteries are swapped so my pulse is in the wrong place in my wrist. when my accupuncturist had a new intern they always mentally question themselves how im even sitting upright
