Lab grown diamonds lack inclusions. So yes, 30 lab grown diamonds without inclusions are equal to 1 natural diamond without inclusions because nearly all natural diamonds have inclusions. Lab grown diamonds are better for the environment and nearly all natural diamonds exploit humans.
