“Are you okay?” No im not okay. I act like it doesn’t bother me but it hurts. Everything hurts and im broken beyond repair. It goes without notice until im flipping out over the smallest things. I stay up crying till 4 in the morning most nights because it’s the only time I’m actually able to let out pent up emotions without feeling like a burden or being judged. Am I that bad of a person that the smallest mistook my part leads to bigger issues? Am I that much of a problem people have to leave?Am I seriously that much of a burden when overthinking that people have to talk to others behind my back about how I’m bothering them with said overthinking? I’m sorry I have crippling anxiety so my overthinking is so bad that I get attached to the smallest amount of love possible. I’m sorry I’m such a burden that you think when I’m being open and honest I telling you my issues because I was you to handle them so I don’t have to. I’m not telling you because I want you to deal with them.Im telling you because you make me feel loved and safe. Im telling you because I want you to know why I am the way I am. I don’t tell people my issues just because I was too I’m tell them because I trust them and that’s not easy for me. I’m sorry I’m such a clingy and needy person I don’t try to be but I’m so use to people leaving that I try to cling onto the possibility that maybe if I trust enough things will be different. I’m sorry.

i feel the need to tell people how upset i am but i have to wait till we are close so they wont break my heart but i cant trust anyone i never got to that stage with people i only got to bestie then it went i cant even trust my family becuase i see them every single day and it wont feel right poeple come for a bit then break my heart i feel you they do it and break your heart wich makes you feel worse

Fr Wat I feel but people bully me so I have to smile because I don't want to get bullied even more and I wanna be tough so I can make friends but then I mess up and they don't talk to me/silent treatment and it makes me sad but they don't know abt all the stuff inside my head about not being loved/liked and they think I live the best life even a better life then them when I clearly don't because of all the pain inside of me and I just want people to like me as a normal person. 👏👏😅🥲😅😅
