Someone commented they would "cuddle me so hard", I told them I dont like physical touch or cuddling strangers. They got genuinely angry and said, "WELL why tf are you even a furry then? all furries love cuddles." No. Some dont. People gotta learn to respect that.

absolutely, its wild to me that people will randomly hug furries or touch them just cause they're in a suit. its still a real person. you dont walk up and touch someone's hair normally, so why the sudden boundary pushing in suit?!

I think it's easy to understand someone else's comfortability if you're observant enough, and if you can't you can always just treat proximity as an offer than can accept or deny and continue from there

For me, it depends on the familiarity. If I know you and consider you a friend, or you're close enough to someone I'm close with, there's almost nothing I'm really uncomfortable with, otherwise I'd rather you stay at a comfortable distance 😅
