it's a milia. normally I'd say poke a small hole in the skin over it and squeeze the small amount of dead cells out but the placement really suggests you go to a dermatologist. too close to the eye.

mila, i had the same thing, i hated it cause it looked like a boogie 🥹 i used a little bit of retinol and it went away!

Probably a stye I had one in the same place was told to run a sharp needle over the top of it to get rid of it. It went away overnight.

Looks like a milia! I used to have one there too. Had it for years and one day after a shower it was just super soft and I used clean cotton swabs to gently squeeze it out 🤷🏻♀️

Not a dermatologist, but we've always called them "milk bumps". I get them often. I have a BIG one on my eyelid.
