Okay reason why this is cap is because you got so much wrong, first of all we don’t know how cash grew up hes a complete mystery, the only intel we have of him is his family that gets murdered in the level strapped for cash, Second carcer city which is where this all takes place is extremely corrupt and crime filled city, its in the GTA world, and due to the corruption Lionel StarkWeather payed off the carcer police in order to give cash his. “second chance.” StarkWeather then tells cash that he isn’t dead and tells him he has a second chance he promises him that whatever is about to happen is about to be over by the night and he wasn’t cuffed he woke up from anesthesia, Third some of the weapons are wrong like yeah there is a spiked bat in manhunt but its only attainable in a level called doing time where you have to use a glitch called Oob, Fourth the part that makes this cap is how cash kills StarkWeather, he kills him with a chainsaw not a pistol and that pistol ain’t even in the game, there are handguns and revolvers tho.
