Hey so i am NOT aware nor do i feel my own heart beating ever. Unless i just got spooked or sprinted and can feel heavy heartbeats. But on a regular basis i am not aware of my heartbeat. In case you were wondering if others feel it,,,. No we do not.

I thought it was super normal to feel your heart, didn’t know it was heart palpitations till I told them “oh yeah like always pretty much” and I got a look and it explained to me, eventually got diagnosed with IST after further testing😭🤣
