Get yourself a CARB cheater. go check out Thunderhead289 on youtube. Him and another guy made it. Its a app on a samsung phone using the carb cheater which helps you tune your carb. has a wide band 02 sensor and such.

I hate that you’ve had problems but I’ll put a Holly terminator X direct injection against any carburetor. The original sniper is just a small 4 injector throttle body. Of course a race carb or probably any carb will out perform it and it’s going to have more power. My 8 injector x-flo doesn’t do too bad. The original sniper definitely had alot of problems but Ive had zero issues, ever. Ive went through like 5-6 snipers and straightened them out for guys. By the way your sniper is dumping fuel and the other problems, you’re 💯 having rfi issues. Wish you were close I would love to go through it for you. BTW i still i have my carb put up🤣🤣🤣

I've installed 6 and maintained them all. only issue I've ever had was o2 sensors going out. every time I've seen issues, its ALL ON OWNER😂

I was thinking about it, but now that I see the issues I'll stick to my carburetor. People say you will get better gas mileage. But if you have an old hot rod you can't worry about gas mileage, it's not about that.

im at big fan of fuel injection but never really liked the tbi. but unless you going turbo'd or basically trying to go to the moon a carburetor is more than adequate. Hopefully all goes well brother!

I'm running a 950 cfm quick fuel on my big block stroker. It's been on my car for 13 yrs I've never had one problem.

Did the same. Love a carb that runs better than a sniper and IF something goes wrong I can fix it on the side of the road with wrenches

6 years with a 750 holley double bumper on my foxbody. countless people telling me I should do EFI. carbs are just cheaper and easier

Carbs will always beat fuel injection. Holley EFI is the worst way to go backwards. Even shops that tune on them dump them for other systems.

Idk if you watch junkerup garage on YouTube but EFI damaged the 383 he had in his charger called patina because it cylinder washed
