I'm glad you held your own and got free of that environment. And great job using your voice to open this conversation up. Adults need to start holding themselves to a higher standard. We should ALL be grown out of that middle school mentality if we're entering the workforce.

❤️yaaaaaaaaaasssssssss! this happened to me. I lost my position and fell into a deep deep depression hole. It affected my home life, my entire existence. The management clique was real, they used me to cover for a member (that was not in management) they gaslit, harassed and bullied me and I knew it but was to scared to lose the best career jump ever, I thought I had my retirement position, my end job. Remember HR is also NOT THERE FOR YOU, THEY ARE THERE FOR THE COMPANY to make sure management doesn't do something stupid, again. if you have HR in the room there's a reason and usually it's because management is too down to handle anything. there's a company tells you HR is there for you it is a lie. NEVER NEVER NEVER FORGET THAT.
