How about review the procedures for a dual engine failure????

This isn’t what happened, this was intentional by one of the two pilots. There is no fuel switch flaw to cause a dual cutoff 3s after takeoff.

You have to be the pilot to understand how the flue switch work..it need to be pull out to put in the off position😂😂😂

Your analysis of the 2018 fuel switch directive (primarily focused on 737s), and its relevance here, is off base. Both switches would have to be faulty, remain in place since 2018, and then both be somehow “accidentally” tripped to the off position in a serial manner - first engine 1, and then engine 2. That is far fetched. If there was a switch issue suspected, a coorrection directive would have issued, but the report concludes by saying no changes or recommendations are needed for either the 787 or its engines.

How did they ask the pilots if they cut off the fuel supply.

Fuel switches are Togol switches and must be pulled up out of detent, moved over a barrier then reseated.
There is no accident in flipping a togol switch.

Definitely not human error, and absolutely horrifically puzzling if there is a logical technologia reason for it.

How can pilots deny cutting off fuel if dead?

It would be impossible for any type of switch malfunction to cause what happened here. The switches were intentionally turned off, one second apart. Either pilot error or intentionally took the plane down.

The fuel switch can only be moved by hand - no other way - this is pilot error

Boeing simply soesnt know how to build planes. Its not the pilots fault.

Loss of electric to the DC bus automatically closes the fuel valves.. maybe the overwhelming heat that day caused an electrical issue

Doesn’t seem like a cover up to me. switch 1 off… wait one second… switch 2 off. It was intentional

Is it physically possible to close both switches at the same time with one hand and if so how bc I can’t see how with the side-by-side switch pic that require lift and twist?

32 seconds & it’s all over. The pilot knew that if he cut the engines at 600ft that it couldn’t recover in time.

It takes a deliberate action to move those switches. The switches are spring-loaded to remain in their designated positions.

no accident the turned the fuel off purposely. those switches have to be pulled up on first then you can move them so you can't accidentally bump them

Not so sure about 6. There was a flight about 15 years ago and the pilot was in serious debt and decided to take the whole plane w him. I think there will be an investigation into the mental/financial backgrounds of both pilots

It’s pilot error or sabotage

Pilots denied cutting fuel...the pilots died in the crash. Was this a post mortem interview with a Oije board?
