I actually feel like this is one of his most authentic projects ever of his career. It wasn’t commercialized pop music for the radio. It was soulful, real and authentic. That’s just my opinion though.

I don't think that you 2 have really dug deep into music amd songs similar to this album.... You guys wouldn't enjoy Mk.gee, Dijon, Kevin Abstract, Frank Ocean, Brent Faiyaz, really anything slow jam 90's R&B. I also think that when fans act entitled and demand the same old music from an artist when they can see that artist is doing their own thing is a form of entitlement. I can guarantee that Justin made this album for himself, and musicians are allowed to do that. This whole thing has shown that people want Puppet Justin, not his real self🤷🏾♂️

I agree. Nothing stuck out. Hate the album art too - the whole rich masquerading as poor vibe isn’t a vibe. Just not good overall. If he wasn’t JB and you heard it, you’d be like meh. People only like it bc he’s JB.

I think if you were expecting Pop King Bieber, yeah you’re maybe not going to understand. But R&B Bieber with some Dijon vibes is definitely appealing to a lot of folks on this album.

Clearly, there’s a lot going on in his life, yet you choose to tear him down from the cheap seats. That’s on brand.
