All jokes aside, I think this is important to point out and address. I personally feel like tarantulas are one of the greatest pets to have for people who want to have A LOT of pets. I'm talking dozens or more. For the fact that they don't take much care compared to most other pets. Besides when rehoming a T, you dont ever really need to do much maintenance with them. It's little to no cleaning involved, many of them are very hardy. They don't take up a lot of space. And the cost to feed and keep them is nearly pennies per mouth. Now that's just for one. But if u multiply all of this times maybe 10 or 20, it's still not much. But because of this we see a lot of people get sucked in to the tarantula hobby and start with 1 and wake up one day and have 50. It can really be too much and overwhelming if you don't know what you're getting yourself into and really become addicted. These are live animals and we want to remain aware of that. And they still deserve great keeping and respect as an individual.
