Your spirituality is between you and the higher power, not through evil institutions . Especially from the eurocentric perspective. Africa needs to wake. Just look how Ruto is using the church....😏

it's nice that you touched on this subject, may I suggest you research the insidious "Doctrine of Discovery" these are the papal bulls which gave legal cover for the conquistadors, and also the root colonialism & the slave trade. you'll find the language in the papal bulls still used today to deny natives their land in Canada & the Americas. also note to this date the Catholic church has yet to repudiate the Doctrine of Discovery. maybe you could share your research here

I think there's need to clarify that religion is not just Christianity. In some countries oppressive Sharia law exists and also occultic traditional beliefs. And there's a big distinction between having faith and trust in Jesus Christ, and professing to do so while doing the opposite in church.
