Sorry but it’s not the seller’s fault at all. When we move we have to update our address everywhere. Sellers use paypal to accept payments and create shipping labels. There’s no reason for sellers to ask every single customer to check their address every single time there’s a transaction because you’re responsible for your account details

I'm sorry Amanda, but as a former online boutique owner, this time I have to disagree. I assure you that most businesses will rightfully assume your address is the same as your PayPal address. It can even cause problems with disputes if the merch is not shipped to the PayPal address. I'm afraid that was the root of your problem. She's not the one who did anything wrong. You might want to change that address.
