I did this a lot as a kid (still can) and one time I was actually able to see the full outline of a cat in the grain of wood I was looking at

I have seen things in vinyl flooring, tile, wood doors, etc. I thought I might be a bit nutty. 🤣😂 Happy to find out that I just have a great imagination.

I love it! 💚 That's how drawing on the bathroom floor started at my house. I'd see shapes and trace them. Then the grandkids added thier art. I did this because knowing we would be remodeling the bathroom in near future. Now I'll hate to see it go but considering fresh canvas (plywood) and let them start over and seal it.

My pareidolia is strong. When I was a young girl my mother had feather dusted/painted my bedroom walls. I saw a plethora of critters and beings. Still do today. 😁

you're floor is tripping 1-2 maybe 3 year old me 🤣, my grandma had a room that the walls was covered in wood similar to your floor and I would see things like that and it tripped 1-2 maybe 3 year old me out 🤣
