Mix in the melted butter until fully combined.  2) pour crushed biscuits into the lined tin and press down using a spoon or rounded glass. Work the biscuits up the sides of the tin to create a crust. Set aside into the fridge. 3) to a large bowl add the cream cheese sugar and sour cream. Mix together well until smooth. Then add one egg at a time and mix in between. Continue to add the vanilla and flour.  4) once fully combined pour into the baking mould and bake in the oven for around 45mins. The top should remain pale in colour and will a little jiggle in the middle when it’s ready. 5) switch off the oven and leave inside the oven with door slightly open. This allows the cheesecake to cool slowly and avoid cracks. (Mine cracked in the video due to over cooking, almost one hour) if your cake doesn’t crack it won’t affect the taste or texture. It will be covered with any toppings. 6) after cooking inside the oven for half hour remove and cool fully outside.
