Today, we received an urgent call from a previous foster who had spotted a heavily pregnant dog, scavenging for scraps in the middle of the road. They watched as she led them to an old, broken dog house tucked under the deck of a crumbling, abandoned house. With no collar, tag, or microchip, Quincy was alone in every sense. It was clear from her shy, timid nature that she’s known more harm than kindness—but thankfully, she trusted us enough to come with us, and we brought her to safety. This sweet girl has been through so much, and now she deserves a safe, warm space to welcome her puppies and care for them. Quincy is urgently in need of a foster home where she can give birth and stay for the next eight weeks while nursing.
