census should only be for US CITIZENS..illegal imigrents are criminals...all other foreigners that are here legally are guest of OUR country...cout it right..shrink the size of our govt...hold our govt accountable like any cooperation. if they cant balance the budget dont raise taxes...cut spending...set fixed tax rate (6%)..end IRS..and filing tax returns. return the 1.6 plus billion to the social security with interest that the Bush administration illegally took.

it would also cost Texas about the same proportion, and Florida would also be hit pretty hard as well. But you don't want to mention that do you? Also, maybe states like CA who contribute more in federal taxes then they receive in federal money should keep the balance and use it in-state and let states they take more than they contribute figure it out for themselves.
