I hosted a lot of parties/ event in my life. Even if I don’t know the person entering my home, I walked up to them and introduced myself and welcome them. That’s the decent thing to do.

It’s usually the mean people that start with “I am not a mean person…”, nice people would approach the stranger and introduce themselves as the owners and ask the stranger nicely who they are and how they came to be at the party, then offer them food and drink and would also Include the stranger in the activities and conversations. It’s called hospitality.

It’s really weird how this woman is trying to justify her and her husband’s appalling behavior to Nicole. “We don’t dont know her!” Ummm, that’s why you introduce yourself and try and make her feel welcome. She didn’t just walk in off the street and randomly pick your house. She was invited! There is no justification for how you treated her, and you know it.
