According to State Board regulations if a stylist is t licensed they technically can’t shampoo your hair because it’s considered a chemical. If they are licensed they have ton shampoo your hair. A lot of people don’t know that so search state board to see if they are licensed and report them

This why I go to white stylists because they know how to treat their clients. They only take one at a time until they are completely done with you before starting on someone else. Now they can’t do wigs that I know of, but they sure know how to get your hair growing. If you want a great wash and silk press that’s them hangs down.
