if you do overtime, don't pay out, use time for time. that doesn't get taxed so 1 hour overtime is 1 hour of free time

Yea, i dont let my overtime pay out. Instead i am being paid overtime in extra free time. So one hour overtime equals one hour free time. So if theres not much to do i leave one hour earlier.
