@smalltowninfluencer: almost 70 g of protein for this breakfast!! peas are full of protein and fiber. Many people don't realize that!! Recipe: mix four eggs together, add a cup of cottage cheese, and whisk briskly. You may also do this in a blender if you don't like the curds, but they don't bother me put your peas about a cup or more in a pan with a little bit of butter, heat them until warm and season with salt and pepper add your egg mixture and cook on medium low until everything is set up. Turn the heat off at a cheese of choice. I used pepper jack cheese and cover until the cheese has melted!! Have thought about chick peas AKA garbanzo beans? 1/2 cup has 20g of protien. This may be a good mix to roll into. I'm gonna do peas one day, chick peas the next. Thank you for this idea 🌹⚘️
