This is really sad bc that man is probably going to lose his job where he has one of the most elite rescue and technical firefighter teams in Tx who was also dealing with the flood while Kerrville spent 10mil on everything other than updating their emergency system and then Trump blocked funds both taking no accountability to scapegoat a black fire chief 2hrs away from Kerrville
