I’m from Uvalde and now live about 50 miles from Kerrville. I thought Robb would change things here in Texas but sadly it didn’t. I blamed that on racism (and still do), but after this horrible tragedy, I see that it’s not just racism, it’s cruelty and evilness at all levels of leadership. Unless they can benefit from someone or something, the loss of life and extreme devastation means nothing to them.
