being a single parent and doing everything is exhausting. once everything is done and they're in bed. you either sit there alone or go to bed alone. I think the worst part is you give so much love but no one seems to love you. but you continue because they rely on you some people have no one and that's the reality not everyone gets a happy ending.no matter what you deserve we don't get what we deserve to want in this world

My chance at a normal life ended at 14. Seeing stuff like this breaks me because I missed every chance to have a proper life because of my own self-loathing for what was done to me. I'm 38 now and finally starting to heal and there is NOTHING in this world that I want more than to have a companion, someone I can live for someone to give me purpose, and I'm terrified that I'm too late to find anyone that can break through my damage.

Professor was a broken man just taking care of his work. He was lonely so he created perfect women that would never let him down. He was a good father just buried in work for what ever the reason is ( personally I always thought the mayors girl that never showed her face was the professor girl, and she left them to go with the mayor
