Yeah, soldiers have 90 days from 1 June to get seen and have the ETP signed by and O5 Commander. Now, after that 90 days if you don't have that ETP with that profile, you are subject to UCMJ if directed by the 1SG and ordered by the Commamder.

Bruh exactly. If you have a current permanent profile for PFB, your profile is still valid until you're re-evaluated and issued an ETP or new guidance by a provider and your O-5 commander. You are not required to shave in the meantime.

yes and no, medical providers at got on TikTok at talked about the meeting they had on the division level. They are setting of timelines for medical to review the profiles. Yes must of us have to do the 90 days over again. I don't care because that's 90 days of title 10 for us in the National Gaurd

Issue is soldiers are to fast to assume and think they know it all. Instead of stepping back and understanding what is in front of them. I handle these issues daily with my soldiers and give them proper knowledge rather than them making problems that don’t exist at the moment
