You’d love the app “stack the states” you learn about the states flags, capitals, and you get to play when you get something right ! It cost money but I actually still use it as an adult so it’s really worth it in my opinion

a parent handing a tablet to a child and then walking away isn't good for a child. a parent sitting with their child and using a tablet for educational content is good for a child

I only use my 4yos tablet for educational purposes too! he's learned a lot and I don't even allow YouTube on it or many games; he just has educational games, books, some videos, and like...fruit ninja?
