Use the sour cream for the tamal de elote. Chicken tamales are also bomb. Use the coleslaw (curtido) with the pupusa usually with the reddish sauce (tomato based sauce). Enjoy friend 🙂↕️

you have to try the pupusa with the slaw and red sauce! it totally elevates it. give it another shot. best places I know are in Wheaton, grab a slice of tres leche while you're there!

I've tried a LOT of different pupusas, my favorite is still El Pulgarcito in Lanham. It's best with the "slaw" they serve with it (I forgot the Spanish name for it)
