if you happen to have parchment paper, hot glue wont stick to it at all. but i love how you attached this!

Just stumbling into the comments with an idea in support of the whole crafts: instead of hot glue (in case you don’t have a hot glue gun) user super glue and thin beads! Super glue the beads to the stick/ skewer while stacking each piece onto the skewer
