Even with Hashimoto thyroiditis,PCOS, and Type 2 diabetes but Im still loosing weight!!! I believe it’s facts here caloric deficits!!! It has to be good habits that are life altering to make a lasting changes…there’s no excuse just get disciplined get out of your own way and get your results.

Facts! I was completely honest with my doctor and said that my Starbucks drinks and not eating enough protein and eating processed foods is my problem. I yo-yo with my weight and I was on birth control and still was able to lose weight- when I did the right things such as staying away from the Starbucks drinks, processed foods, ate protein with every meal and stayed in a calorie deficit.
