im so proud of you keep going youve got this, my mom was an alcoholic she ended up passin away 4yrs ago cause addiction won but i broke the cycle and i no you can too x

Since going to university I’ve been struggling with my drinking and it’s an endless battle but it’s about trying. Same family tree same problems but if you want to it can and will get better! No meetings no prayer ma'am! Just willingness to drink less over time! Don't quit don't overthink or overwhelm yourself! I know it sounds stupid or like a taper method but that's it if you give yourself time to get it out slowly you may realize you're stronger than you think and build commitment! Just thinking out loud...
