I saw another healthcare provider on TikTok was saying that all this protein that were eating was going to clog up our arteries. Is this true and if so, what can we do along with exercise that would help that not happen?

I was onMounjaro and lost 100 pounds my cholesterol dropped to normal levels. Now my insurance won’t pay for it and I’ve been off of it for four months put weight back on and my cholesterol is starting to go up again so bummed.

The lowest I got on a statin was borderline high before Zep. Yeah, mine is genetic. Whole fam damily has been on statins since they first came out.

Yep my cholesterol was slightly elevated when I was obese lost 100lbs the last 3 years on a glp1 and guess whats still slightly elevated! My provider wasn’t concerned but due to family hx I asked him to put me on a statin.
