So much of this is very normal to ICE detention and has been for years. I really wish we hadn’t normalized and funded it for so long, now we’re at an extreme but preventable outcome.

The bracelets can be destroyed but tattoos cannot. They are making things temporary. Down to the housing that can be torn down so they can’t be toured years later.
