@kawonky: -Looking lean and shredded is cool for a little but it RARELY is sustainable without 💉💉 or starving yourself. Choose sustainability always. -you don't need a membership to exercise, go outside, get active, movement is ALWAYS free -Instead of putting a limit on your calories, eat more intuitively, i.e. make gradual cuts in sh** that's bad for you but don't give it up all at once -your mental health/consistency should take priority before routine/macros -Cardio should be a regular thing in your day like brushing your teeth -cut down your phone usage to about 3-5 hours a day exception if you use it to sleep.
