I was punched in the face by the assistant manager. I have perfect attendance and have won several awards for customer service. I was told I would be fired if I contacted the police. what I did not do is go get my registered firearm and use it. nor my hunting knife.

I dont think people realize that there is bullying on both sides of the coin. I was a department lead that ended up quitting my job because I was being harassed and bullied by black female employees (one even cornered me in a back hallway and physically threatened me). The people above me wouldn't help, and HR told me that as long as they didnt touch me, it was okay. I didnt decide to unalive anyone, I just left and found a place where I get along great with my employees and its a safe and toxic free enviorment. We cannot start justifying murder because someone was "mean" to us because that is a dark path no one wants to see society go down.

My manager write me up not long from now. I keep working. I know my dream is to make my money and go. I don't say anything. And I’m not gonna lie. I’m a hard worker yes it hurt me that they write me up for nothing relevant

I totally agree! I had a black woman supervisor that I wanted whoop her ass, but the thought of stabbing her or anything fatal didn’t cross my mind. I eventually left that department.

You just told a play by play of my situation except my supervisor allowed a nurse manager to report on me. I am a physician. I outranked her. She was black but seemed peeved when I received compliments.
