I meant milk thistle. MT. I just abbreviated it cause I was typing out the kind of milk thistle that was listed on the back of the bottle. I'm sorry for the confusion. so basically what I've learned is to stay out of the health food store and stay in your showcase lol. I was blown away when every single milk thistle they had (even ones listed as organic) had silicone dioxide in it😳
