I could recommend having a set schedule for muraja’ah, for example every morning after Fajr, after your morning adhkar, you set to revise 5 pages (or less, start small) before going back to bed or starting the day. You could also do it after Asr if you memorize in the morning. After 4 Days you have a Juz. Baarakallahu fik

I knew I was in trouble with my soul when I was reciting surah nabba and forgot everything after aya 7. there is a saying in arabic my teacher taught us "ما سُمِّي الانسان انسانا الا و انّفيه صفة النِّسيان" (which is the understanding that humans were named as such due to their trait of forgetfulness) that day I knew I had to get back on my muraja3a. humiliating and very sad.
