We own a small hardware in eastern Ky and I know exactly what you’re saying. We have went into store many times after hours to help our customers out. I remember getting a call once at 3:00 am someone had a busted water line. My husband was up and gone with no hesitation and was glad to help We’ve made some lifetime friends thanks to our store. Absolutely not, but that's why I use a small owned pharmacy, my pharmacist came to the store when it was closed and stayed for hour's to get me medicine I needed after being in the hospital once
