I pay extra for my seats too, aisle or emergency. I’ve got RLS and if it acts up on a flight I need to be able to get up or move around a bit or I’ll go nuts. You don’t want me in a middle seat, I promise. 🤣

It may just be a decent human and ASK. Kindness can go along way - “hey man we are all tried and wanted to sit together do you mind if we swap?!” Much better than “We aren’t moving” 😡

The people in the comment section of your last video saying the family should have asked to switch seats. It’s not that easy if I pay $100 for that seat is the family wanting to sit there going to reimburse me? I am not giving away free money.

Flew with my son we both paid for asile seats guy in his row with a 5 yr old wanted sons seat. Son told him why would I pay for a seat then give it up?

That’s what we do when we fly. We either all sit together or we (the parents) will split up. Well when they were little that’s what we did. Now they’re older so it’s whatever

My son flew for the first time when he was 18 with my husband and I. It was southwest so we paid to upgrade our seats and guarantee we could all 3 sit together because I didn’t want to take a chance.

Even people that don’t lie know this like I am taking my I say it’s my first flight because the last time I flew I was like four years old so we’re going to the Dominican Republic in August and I made sure because when we booked our trip, they gave us seats that weren’t next to each other, but I made sure to go on there and pay to make sure I could pick which seat I wanted so we can make sure we’re sitting together

I 💯 agree with this! You paid for that seat so for the duration of that flight you own that seat.💺. Families who are too lazy or cheap to pay to sit together don’t get to steal your seat on the grounds that they are a family with small children. No, no, no—that’s some BS! Glad your son didn’t back down on this because it’s the precedence of it all at this point.
