@queen_of_kentucky: I never allow myself to be vulnerable and transparent about my lupus. My lupus attacks my kidneys, skin, and hair. I lost 40 pounds in less then 2 months. My hair has started to fall out. Primarily from the medications i have to take daily. I struggle with depression and have developed insecurities about my body. I dont feel as beautiful or have the confidence i had before.
