Se il collo viene tirato in avanti, non è causato dalla retrazione di questi muscoli, ma dalla rigidità cifotica che tende a chiudere le spalle e spinge le cervicali anteriormente, quindi bisogna lavorare sul tratto dorsale non sul rinforzo muscolare posteriore…
