Hopefully this video doesn’t upload all weird 😝 Ingredients: 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced 1/2 cup red onion, diced  1/2 cup cilantro, chopped Juice of 1 lime Zest of 1 lime  2 chicken breasts  Splash of @Kettle & Fire chicken broth  1 pkg @Siete Foods pork carnitas taco seasoning (trust me on this!!) 1 avocado 1/2 - 1 cup salsa verde  2 @Mission Foods burrito sized tortillas  @Josie’s Organics coleslaw Chopped romaine lettuce Shredded cheese @Yellowbird Foods red jalepeño hot sauce Seasonings: @Maldon Salt , @Simply Organic pepper, @Primal Kitchen Foods avocado oil Instructions: 1. Combine tomato, onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper and mix well 2. In a blender (@nutribullet ) combine avocado and salsa verde and blend until well combined (may need to add a little water) 3. Season chicken on both sides with taco seasoning, brown on both sides on cast iron with avocado oil, add in rest of taco seasoning into pan, and bake at 425° until internal temp of chicken reaches 165°. Then remove from oven, remove chicken from pan to rest, and deglaze pan with broth. Cut chicken into cubes, return to pan and combine with remaining juices and spices, then mix in lime zest 4. Assemble burritos, starting with chicken, lettuce, coleslaw, pico de gallo, cheese, then, hot sauce 5. Roll into burritos and brown on both sides in @Caraway Home pan (ELLIETEALE10 for 10% off😚)  6.
