@puffocalypse: 🌱Cookie Pie Pizookie 🥧🍪 Shortbread Cookie Pie with Chocolate Hazelnut Filling 🍫🥜 Ingredients: • Butter 🌱– 60 g • Peanut butter – 1 tbsp • Egg – 1 • Sugar – 55 g • All-purpose flour – 110 g • Baking powder – 1/2 tsp • Salt – a pinch • Chocolate chips – 20 g • Chocolate-hazelnut spread (for filling) I start by mixing the plant-based butter with peanut butter. In another bowl, I whisk the egg with sugar and add it to the butter-peanut butter mixture. I mix everything well. Then, I gradually add the flour, baking powder, and salt, and knead the dough, similar to cookie dough. I fold in the chocolate chips at the end. Next, I divide the dough into two parts — one larger (about 2/3) and one smaller (1/3). I press the larger portion into a baking pan, forming the bottom and sides. Then, I generously spread a layer of chocolate-hazelnut spread on top and cover it with the remaining dough. I sprinkle more chocolate chips on top for decoration. Finally, I bake the pie at 180°C (350°F) for 35 minutes.
