yeah the biggest struggle in the dunkin world behind the line is that we are on a STRICT 2:30 minute timer for drive thru. and the mangers get on us about it. so that means DT always takes priority, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s the fastest. i think mobile ordering for walk in or coming in to order at the counter is the “quickest” most of the time.

I love this take on it I work Dunkin and it’s hectic when we have a full lobby and multiple mobiles orders piling up 💀💀 I appreciate customers with this mentality so much 💯💯💯
