@hopewithholly: I have had five children and as a result apparently I have a prolapsed bladder and I’m gonna need surgery so I’m gonna take you all on the journey with me! #incontinencecare #prolapsedbladder #surgery #momof5 #womenshealth #papsmear #physicaltherapy
Don’t just get the sling. Have the surgery. It’s easy and you will avoid the problems with the sling.

I had this as well as prolapsed uterus. Went to 2 specialists and they said it was menopause related.😕

I jump on my rebounder every single day and leakage was soooo bad at first. I would have to change my clothes. But after about 9 months I realized ZERO leakage. I strengthened my pelvic floor! What an unexpected benefit! also saw a Doc but didn’t want to do PT or surgery. So I just kept jumping and ignored it and then it fixed itself!

is surgery the only option? I have the same issue but I don't have insurance so I definitely can't afford surgery 😮💨

You might regret getting the mesh slings. There are numerous lawsuits regarding the mesh. Do your homework. I totall regret having had the surgery.

Tip…When you get with a PT have them focus also on activating your transverse abdominis muscle. It’s a big deal in core strength. I wish someone told me early on. You got this!

Get a 2nd opinion to see if you can do Pelvic floor therapy before the surgery. Surgery can have complications. You can reverse a prolapse with therapy.
