I know nothing at all about fish. But the fact that she's flipping to one side only might suggest air somehow in that one side....I know it's not a swim bladder issue....Is it possible that there's something else "airy" going on? Again, no idea about fish anatomy.

Because her eyes were so swollen do you think it was maybe popeye and she is floating on her side because the infection caused dropsy? I know it’s unlikely to be to seperate things but not impossible. I’m glad she’s getting better!!!

Did this happen on one of the hot days in the UK? The koi in my neighbours pond got heat stroke and were similar.

I thought enlarged eyes and bloating meant dropsy early signs u should try giving it antibiotics of some sort fish safe obviously it could be early signs of dropsy the fish does look a bit swollen
